Emily Fragos
Emily Fragos's acclaimed first book of poems, Little Savage, was published in 2004. Her newest collection, Hostage: New & Selected Poems (2011), was considered for the National Book Critics Circle Award. She has been the guest poetry editor for Guernica, received the David Craig Austin Poetry Prize, and written articles on dance and music for Bomb, Pointe, and Playbill. She has also selected and edited five poetry anthologies for the Everyman's Pocket Library/Knopf. Fragos's poems have appeared in The New Yorker, Poetry, Best American Poetry, American Poetry Review, The Paris Review, The Boston Review, Ploughshares, Parnassus, and numerous other journals. Emily teaches at Columbia, NYU, and Yale.
