Thank you for your interest in bringing your students to High School Day at the 2018 Geraldine R. Dodge Poetry Festival. This page will house all information and documents needed for Festival School Coordinators, the primary liaisons between High Schools and The Dodge Poetry Program.

The registration process for High School Student Day requires several steps. Please make note of the timeline below for your reference. You may want to bookmark this page for your convenience. Festival School Coordinator Applications Due

Submit the form linked below to start the process of registering your school for High School Student Day. This form confirms that you will act as your school's Festival School Coordinator.

Letters of Support 

Confirmed Festival Coordinators will be provided with a request form for Letters of Support to be sent to their supervisors. Letters of Support acknowledge Festival Coordinators' efforts in bringing their students to the Festival. These letters will be sent directly to supervisors, not to the Festival Coordinators.

Follow the steps in your Festival Coordinator confirmation e-mail (Subject line: Please complete the next registration step for Student Day at the Dodge Poetry Festival)

You will receive a confirmation email within one week of submitting the "Dodge Poetry Festival: High School Student Day Festival Coordinator Registration" form linked above. The confirmation e-mail will contain Recommendations for Selecting Students, the Student Day Application Checklist and a link to complete your Student Day application. 

Within one week of submitting your application, you will receive confirmation that we received it and that the number of students you are approved to bring is pending review.

We will send you an Allotment Letter via e-mail confirming the number of students you have been approved to bring to the Festival.

Festival School Coordinators are sent final schedule and packet of essential information.
